Disclaimers
WE DO NOT KEEP HARDWARE ON SITE. WE DO NOT SELL HARDWARE. ALL PC BUILDS USE HARDWARE PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER (BYOH = BRING YOUR OWN HARDWARE).
We only service LOCAL customers. You must be within driving distance of our offices in order to use our service. Our service area is Northwest Houston, specifically Cypress, Tomball, Hockley, Rose Hill, Pinehurst, Louetta, Fields Store, Hufsmith, Stagecoach, Waller, Kohrville, and Magnolia. We do this to ensure we're providing the best possible service to our customers. Shipping adds costs and potential for damage, and maintaining quality standards and good value are top priorities for us.
Each customer provides their own hardware, we pick up the hardware, and bring back your assembled PC within one week (usually within two days) unless otherwise specified. We will (depending on package purchased) socket your CPU, apply thermal paste/pad, mount CPU cooling, install RAM, install motherboard to case, install power supply (PSU), install graphics card (GPU), install storage (SSDs and HDDs), install additional fans, manage cabling, apply CPU overclock in BIOS, and provide instruction on how to manage BIOS overclock, power on computer, adjust fan speeds, and adjust RGB. You will be provided with all of the original packaging and materials left over from the assembly of your new computer, including instruction manuals, warranty information, etc. All computers come with a 30 minute tutorial to cover the basic operation of the computer. We do NOT do custom loop liquid cooling (water cooling) currently, and we do NOT swap GPU coolers or backplates.
If we find that one of your components is malfunctioning or damaged we will cease further operation on that component and contact you for direction. If we damage a component during assembly, we will replace it.
