Custom PC Assembly
Custom PC Assembly
You pick the hardware, we assemble it. In the world of computers you can either assemble everything yourself, or you can purchase something pre-built. With our Custom PC Assembly service we pick up the parts from you, assemble your computer on our workbench to your specifications, and then deliver the fully built computer and provide a basic tutorial on how it works. Depending on how busy we are we can usually assemble your computer within a few days of placing the order. To see which Build Level is right for you, please see this page.
We will contact you by email or phone (depending on what you provide) after your booking is placed to get the address where your hardware is located. We will come and collect all of the parts (in or out of box is fine, but boxes will be returned to you) and then bring back the assembled computer along with any spare parts or packaging left over from assembly, which you can save for potential future RMA through the manufacturer. You will have ownership over the warranty for all of your parts. A 30 minute tutorial on the basic operation of your new custom computer is included in the cost of the computer, and you will also be provided with a USB stick that contains basic instructions for operation of your specific computer and any other relevant files, at no additional charge.
Our computers do not come default with an operating system installed, giving our customers the freedom to install whichever they prefer, but we can install Windows on request and provide a key, which can be added to your cart here.
WE DO NOT KEEP HARDWARE ON SITE. WE DO NOT SELL HARDWARE. ALL PC BUILDS USE HARDWARE PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER (BYOH = BRING YOUR OWN HARDWARE). We will (depending on package purchased) socket your CPU, apply thermal paste/pad, mount CPU cooling, install RAM, install motherboard to case, install power supply (PSU), install graphics card (GPU), install storage (SSDs and HDDs), install additional fans, manage cabling, apply CPU overclock in BIOS, and provide instruction on how to manage BIOS overclock, power on computer, adjust fan speeds, and adjust RGB. You will be provided with all of the original packaging and materials left over from the assembly of your new computer, including instruction manuals, warranty information, etc. All computers come with a 30 minute tutorial to cover the basic operation (outlined above) of the computer.
We do NOT do custom loop liquid cooling (water cooling) currently, and we do NOT swap GPU coolers or backplates.
